  • What is your process of customizing training programs?

    Our team firmly believes in collaborative creation of learning experiences. Though we have pre-made sessions, we are eager to understand your needs better. Please be open to initial meetings for us to better understand and tailor-fit the sessions for you.

    What learning topics do you offer?

    As an organization focusing on Filipino values, democracy, and digital citizenship, our sessions are firmly rooted in the values of civic engagement - leadership, empathy, and effective communications. Below are the programs in summary:

    1. Diskuleksyon at Work: A facilitated multi-sectoral / multi-stakeholder dialogue resulting to a formation of change-making proposals and/or community agreements

    2. Pinuno Camp: A team-building session on self-awareness, service leadership, and the role of Filipino values such as malasakit and pakikipagkapwa in the workplace

    3. Tinig at Pulso: A training on effective stakeholder engagement based on empathy

    4. GenLit: A 3-part session on leadership, heroism, and digital citizenship

    We want to help communities but don't know where to begin. Do you also facilitate volunteer activities?

    Yes, we do! We are strong advocates of meaningful citizenship and civic engagement. Contact us and share details of your desired activity. Once we understand your needs better, we can partner to produce meaningful and sustainable volunteer efforts with your organization.

    Can you facilitate sessions on behalf of our political party?

    Pinas Forward is a non-partisan organization. As such, we are only open to organizing and facilitating non-partisan efforts. We may work with government institutions or political groups but will not be open to support any initiative that advances political agenda and campaigning.

  • How soon can we have our learning session?

    Major considerations for scheduling include the availability of Pinas Forward resource speakers who actively engage in the community engagement efforts of our organization. As such, you are encouraged to block a date as soon as possible. Rest assured, the Pinas Forward team will gladly strive to adhere to your scheduling needs and timelines as much as possible.

    What happens if we suddenly could not comply to the agreed date?

    To ensure the timeliness & relevance of session designs, we are open to rescheduling within thirty (30) days from the schedule initially agreed upon. Beyond this period, it is possible for us to request a meeting to realign on possible changes in the learning needs, if necessary.

  • How much are your training programs?

    As a nonprofit organization, we offer programs that have no fixed rate; however, these normally start at Php35,000. Rates are usually determined by the operational costs of the sessions in relation to your location, logistical needs, and subject-matter expert fees.

    Please note that a portion of the costs are also allocated to our capacity-building and values formation initiatives for partner schools and communities. Therefore, as you learn with us, you are likewise helping others access our events which they otherwise may not afford. We thank you in advance for taking part in these waves of transformation.

    We want to sponsor a community's learning session. How can we do this?

    We honor you for sharing your resources! Should you wish for Pinas Forward to run a learning session to a community/barangay in need, we will be open to offer a separate training program to your organization free of charge. Feel free to contact us and we an discuss possibilities.
